Limited value as Landscape Specimen , does not like soil that is wet or overly dry . High mantenance , a true fir directly related to Balsam and Canaan Fir.  Nutrient sensitve , requires above average skill to grow, not a great tree for novice growers . Zone 3-7 (hardy)
