Serbian Spruce (Picea omorika) 2-2 yr 10-16" (25-40cm) Transplant

Oranamental Spruce , that is Narrow , often used as an accent tree.  Its has green needles on top and white  on the bottom. Tolerates city conditions , Top often dies out , good charachter.  History of Tree is interesting , native to Serbia , brought to Canada in the late 70's for use on compressed lots.
